Hampden Tax Consultants Limited was formed in 1988 under the direction of Janet Mitchell to provide a personal tax service to underwriting members of Lloyd’s.

This service remains a core component of our business, but by no means the only one. Our current services include the following:

• Preparation and filing of tax returns of individuals, partnerships and trustees.
• Preparation of accounts for sole traders, buy-to-let landlords, partnerships and trustees.
• The taxation of Lloyd’s Names, whether as an unlimited sole trader or member of an LLP, is a speciality.
• Provision of tax planning advice for both UK and foreign domiciled residents of the UK and foreign resident investors in the UK.
• Generic investment advice.
